1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Cafe 52's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Booking Policy
All bookings, dinner reservations, and shisha inquiries are subject to availability. Evening hours and shisha service may vary; please contact us at +61 2 9533 7227 to confirm. Large group bookings may require a deposit at our discretion.
4. Surcharges
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays. All prices are inclusive of GST.
5. Shisha Health Warning
WARNING: Shisha smoking is harmful to your health. Cafe 52 complies with all NSW tobacco and smoking regulations. Service is only provided in designated outdoor areas and to persons over the age of 18.
